Sarah Jessica Parker has FINALLY jumped on board the Twitter bandwagon

For Sex And The City fans, it's the day they've been praying for; Sarah Jessica Parker, AKA the real-life Carrie Bradshaw, has finally signed up to Twitter.
And, unsurprisingly, @SJP already has 439,814 followers - with the number growing every minute.
But, for all of those hoping for a "I couldn't help but wonder…" Carrie-esque musing, prepare to be disappointed. SJP is on Twitter for one reason and one reason only - to promote her new series, City Ballet.
In fact, that's what her one and only tweet is all about.
It's just… it's just not what we were expecting, honestly. We were thinking we'd get twitpic upon twitpic of high heels, quips about life in New York City and tips on how to accessorise our LBDs.
But the City Ballet is… it's fine. It's good. No, really - we're totally cool with that. Ballet is a much underrated artform, after all.
The mother-of-three isn't just keeping her tweets generalised, either; she's also opted for a a slightly anonymous avatar picture.
