Cheryl Cole settles X Factor USA lawsuit, but we still don’t know how much money she got

Cheryl Cole has settled her lawsuit against the X Factor USA.

But it’s still not known how much money she got. But we’re guessing it was A LOT!
Chezza filed the lawsuit against X Factor USA’s production company Blue Orbit in December last year after she was famously dropped from the Fox show just weeks after beginning her job. Chezza’s claiming she lost earnings of £1.25m plus other costs.

The Call My Name star’s original contract had a pay-or-play clause for two seasons, meaning that she would be compensated financially even if she was dropped from the show.

While she was paid for the first season, she asked to be compensated for the second as well as expenses for wardrobe, housing and living expenses.

Chezza, 30, asked for $2.3m (£1.4m) in her original lawsuit. But the case has now been settled out of court with Chezza receiving an undisclosed sum, BBC News reports.

Her spokesperson did not comment on details of the settlement but confirmed: "Cheryl's dispute with Blue Orbit has been resolved amicably."

We first got a glimpse of J-Law’s new ‘do when she posted a picture of the dramatic pixie crop on Facebook at the beginning of the month.

J-Law posted the picture on her way to a Hunger Games fan event with co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, where the cast would be chatting to fans via Google+, Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr.
That may have been the first time the world got to see her new look, but apparently J-Law had been rocking it for a few weeks. A source told Us Weekly, "It's short and drastic.”

Another source described it as "kind of a punk pixie cut that has a few longer pieces on one side but is shorter everywhere else." And Jennifer has apparently been wearing wigs to film the third instalment of the Hunger Games series, in which her character has long dark hair.

Apparently Kris is worried that Lamar knows a little too much about her evil plans for world domination the family, and, with both his marriage and his sports career in tatters, has nothing to lose.

"Kris and Khloe are very worried about Lamar. He's a loose cannon, and he has a lot of dirt on the family and nothing to lose,” the source said. "He knows all about their extreme surgery procedures - when, how often and how much – and the pressure put on the younger girls to follow suit."

Ever been casually chatting to your friend on the phone when she keeps intermittently screaming for no apparent reason? If you’re friends with Hayden Panettiere this could very well be a regular occurrence, and you’ll never guess what she’s up to… Getting her bikini line waxed, of course.

Hayden revealed her failed attempt at multitasking on the Ellen Degeneres show, revealing that she had spoken to a male producer for the show for her pre-interview whilst getting her lady garden groomed. She said, “I was multitasking. I was getting ready to go. My assistant just had a baby so . . . this was multi-tasking on different level.”

 "I was on the phone, he said, 'How's the show?' I said, 'It's great, it's amazing,'" before breaking out into a scream. "'You really like playing your character [Juliette Barnes]?' I love her so much.” And then she screamed down the poor man’s ear again.

Hayden decided to come clean to the producer, saying, “I said, finally, 'I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I have to be honest with you, I'm getting a bikini wax right now and I thought I can do this but I can't. Can you call me back in 10 minutes?' He's like, 'I've heard a lot of things before, but that's a first.'"

The I Knew You Were Trouble star has spoken about her love of Ol’ Blighty and how she’d like to buy a place over here.

Speaking at the Winter Whites Gala at Kensington Palace on Tuesday night, Taylor told The Sun: “Anywhere I spend a considerable amount of time, I think about maybe getting a place.
“But it would have to be the perfect place. I definitely love it over here, so I’ve always thought about what it would be like to be here more.

“I’m going to be here a lot, starting with shows in February at the O2 in London, then more and more.
“I love the fans, I love talking to the people, I really do love everything.”
