Lamar Odom will not be prosecuted after smashing up a photographer’s equipment earlier this year. Instead, it's reported he will have to attend anger management classes.
Pictures of Lamar going into a photographers car and throwing all of his equipment to the ground went everywhere last July, where witnesses claimed Lamar confronted the photographer after becoming annoyed about him taking pictures of him with his wife, Khloe Kardashian.
At the time, the bystanders alleged the NBA star wanted to speak with the photographer ‘man to man’ as he, according to Khloe, had managed to get inside the gates of their private property.
However, it now seems Lamar has escaped criminal charges.
According to TMZ, Lamar – along with his lawyer – to strike a deal today which will see him paying the bill for the damaged kit, along with attending therapy sessions.
However, it’s claimed the agreement will only be valid providing Lamar keeps himself out of trouble. Should he fail to comply, it’s reported he could face criminal charges for vandalism.
