It's been a tough few years for Michelle Heaton; she's undergone a double mastectomy, went through a gruelling operation to have her breasts reconstructed and has revealed she will have to have a hysterectomy after discovering she is at a high risk of developing ovarian cancer.
But the brave Liberty X star definitely has something to smile about; she's revealed that she and hubby Hugh Hanley are expecting a baby boy!
The little superman will arrive in March, making Michelle's three-year-old daughter Faith a big sister - and the brave mum is over the moon about it all.
"Thank you for all your kind words," tweeted Michelle. "Yes, me & @hughhanley are expecting a little boy. After everything's that happened we are so so lucky."
And Hugh couldn't hold back his excitement either, tweeting: "Looking forward to meeting our little Superman in a few months @wonderwomanshel #superboy #family"
As this will be the couple's last baby, Michelle happily explained to OK Magazine that she "secretly wanted" a boy:
"I'm over the moon to be having a boy - which me and Hugh secretly wanted - but if I was going to have a third child there would be another two years of waiting before I could have my ovaries removed and that delay could eventually take me away from my children, so we won't be having any more.
The new baby will be born via Caesarean section because Michelle suffers from heart condition Mobitz Type 1.
We're so pleased for the Liberty X star!
