Avril Lavigne and Nickelback's Chad Kroeger may like to present themselves as the rebels of the music industry (snigger), but that doesn't mean they don't love rules and order behind closed doors.
They even have some seriously strict rules in place when it comes to their marriage.
Chad explained to People that when he and Avril can't be together, alcohol and nightclubs are strictly off limits.
The How You Remind Me star said: "We don't drink when we're apart. Ever. Even if we're apart for weeks."
As for the ban on partying, he added: "We don't want to go anywhere that you're asking for trouble.
"I don’t want to be in Europe texting her, like 'Where are you?' This way we don't have to worry about any of that stuff."
Trust is so overrated nowadays.
But, before you get to thinking all the rules are Chad's idea, it seems Avril is pretty serious about them too.
"We don't spend more than two weeks apart," she claimed.
"Chad's been really supportive and coming out with me [on tour], which is awesome. I've never really had that before, and it makes it better."
Despite a few eyebrows being raised / disappearing completely into hairlines, the Sk8er Boi songstress insisted that the rules are simply in place to ensure neither she or Chad takes the other for granted.
"When you have something special, you can't take it for granted and be careless with it.
"We want to give it all the care and love and nurturing that we can."
So suck on THAT, haters.
