Christina Aguilera wowed in more ways than one at the American Music Awards yesterday. As well as making the audience sob with her wonderful warbling, Aguilera revealed her brand new bod! The star looked like half the Aguilera that had stepped out onto the red carpet at the same awards bash this time last year.
In 2012 Christina proudly stepped out wearing a lilac gown and masses of jewels. The then-curvy star looked like she had bathed in fake tan and had the entire make up counter of Boots applied to her chops. Her fuller figure looked fab but Christina recieved harsh criticism about her bod and not long after embarked on a healthy diet.
It was recently revealed Christina had lost a whopping 49 pounds whilst on a super balanced diet. Avoiding unhealthy snacks and fat-laden meals, Aggy starts her day with blueberries, half an avocado and turkey bacon. For lunch it's a chicken breast salad and in between a celery stick with almond butter as a snack.
Not quite as fun as scoffing a giant burger but it gets results, eh? According to a source on The Voice, "Christina is refreshed and rejuvenated this season. She's really looking after herself and seems genuinely happy inside - and it shows."
