X Factor musical dubs Cheryl Cole a flop

Simon Cowell's X Factor musical contains and oh so unsubtle reference to former judge, Cheryl Cole.
The Mirror are said to have had a preview on the script, written by TV funny-man, Harry Hill.

Apparently the musical stars a judge called Cheryl Jordy, described as a “pop star from the north-east” and from a girl band called Loud Girl Noize. Hmm, we wonder who they could possibly mean...

The digs continue in a song called Here Come The Judges, her swanky deal with L’Oreal and classic tagline of “because I’m worth it” is mocked, along with her solo career

The musical also describes her last album as a flop and hints that Cheryl Jordy is only on the play’s fictional reality show to revive her career.

However the jokes are probably meant in jest, as Cheryl's most recent album A Million Lights reached number 2, although her last single, Under The Sun, landed at unlucky number 13.

Despite all the musical bitchiness, it's been confirmed that Chezza will make a comeback to
next year’s UK X Factor. We've missed ya pet.

The X Factor musical hits the West End in March 2014.
