Miley Cyrus has hired a team of party planners to work on creating an outrageous 21st birthday party for her! Miley turns 21 on November 23, 2013, but she has already started celebrating early in Amsterdam this month – see her first party picture!
According to a source Miley’s official birthday party is going to be a “no-holds barred bash.”
Miley has also told the party planners that she wants all of the drinks offered at the party to be “Miley-inspired.”
Miley will be putting on an alien-themed performance at the MTV EMAs tonight, November 10, 2013. The awards show is airing live from Amsterdam!
