Miley Cyrus was caught in a concert lawsuit involving a possibly bogus booking agent. Promoters of Miami South Beach Outdoor Festival sued a woman who had received $125K from the company but failed to deliver the singer for the New Year's Day bash.

The woman tells TMZ that she does not work for Cyrus but was acting as an intermediary. She claims to have forwarded the money to Cyrus' real agents. Kanye West addressed haters in Interview magazine's latest edition. For his cover story in the mag's February 2014 issue, the rapper chatted with "12 Years a Slave" director Steve McQueen about controversy surrounding his "Bound 2" music video which featured his baby mama Kim Kardashian.

"I think people are afraid of dreams, and that video is one of the closest things to the way that dreams look and feel, or the way joy looks and feels, with the colors," he explained. "I don't think most people are comfortable with their own dreams, so it's hard for them to be comfortable with other people's dreams."

The outspoken lyricist additionally said, "People are strategically trying to do things to mute my voice in some way or make me look like I'm a lunatic or pinpoint the inaccuracies in my grammar to somehow take away from the overall message of what I'm saying."

Despite criticisms that often came his way, Kanye vowed to keep pushing the envelope. "All we have is today. You know, the past is gone, and tomorrow is not promised...," he reasoned. "The risk for me would be in not taking one - that's the only thing that's really risky for me."

He went on, "Only one of two things can happen: either I'm gonna be right or I'm gonna be wrong. But if you look at the past 10 years, I've been right."
