Demi Lovato’s Sister Lashes Out At Joe Jonas!

Dallas Lovato Joe Jonas

Uh oh! Demi Lovato’s older sister Dallas Lovato is seriously upset with Joe Jonas for his New York Magazine article “Joe Jonas: My Life as a Jonas Brother.” In the article Joe goes into detail about a lot of things, like working for the Disney Channel, trying drugs and his relationships.

Not only does Joe blame Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato for urging him to try drugs for the first time, he also goes into detail about his relationship with Demi:

'' I really got to know her and got to see the ins and outs of what she was struggling with, like drug abuse. I felt I needed to take care of her, but at the same time I was living a lie, because I wasn’t happy but felt like I had to stay in it for her, because she needed help. I couldn’t express any of that, of course, because I had a brand to protect. ''

And while Demi reacted positively to what Joe had to say, Tweeting:

'' @joejonas love you brother. #family/friendsforever ''

Demi’s older sister Dallas Lovato was not too happy with what she read, posting:

'' Pathetic how people cut others down to get attention off themselves.. Loser. ''

Ouch! Are YOU mad at Joe’s article?

The cast and crew of "In the Heart of the Sea" including Chris Hemsworth had to flee after flash floods and mudslides overtook the set. They were filming in La Gomera, Canary Island on Monday, December 2 when the natural disaster happened and killed 5 people on the island.

Per Page Six, the cast and crew received emergency warning from local authorities. Director Ron Howard tweeted, "Rare heavy rain in La Gomera forced us to our small converted cover stage." He posted photos of mud rivers and falling rocks before adding, "Torrential outside. ...Soon we were advised to wrap and evacuate. Pronto. ASAP."
The director kept his followers posted by writing, "W/out incident trucks moved to hi ground & all cast & crew waded to cars (calf deep) & made it out b-4 roads closed." He posted a picture of them driving through rivers of mud. "Good luck that no cars or people were swept away or hit by tumbling rocks," he continued.

So severe was the situation that five people died on the island of Tenerife, which is 20 miles from La Gomera. Many houses were swept away and any means of power were cut off. However, none of the cast and crew was injured. Production has been put on hold.

Hemsworth's pregnant wife Elsa Pataky also stayed on the Spanish archipelago with their daughter India.

Harry Styles claims the British Style gong at this year’s British Fashion Awards

Harry Styles is living up to his ironic surname by being crowned winner of the British Style award at this year’s British Fashion Awards.

His attire for the evening was subtle but sleek – head to toe in black, with the tall dark and handsome look definitely working in his favour.

Taking to the stage to claim his trophy, Mr. Stylish dropped a cheeky comment to previous winner Alexa Chung, saying, “I didn’t think anyone else was allowed to win apart from Alexa.”

The TV-presenter-turned-model-turned-contributing-editor- of-British-Vogue seemed reluctant to hand over the award to Harry – after three years of polishing it on her own mantelpiece we can imagine she has been forming quite an attachment to her favorite ornament.

A sincere thank you was all that came from One Direction pop star, followed by a hair-bouncing bow before exiting the stage. But there is not much you can say when you have the vote of nearly every adoring teenage girl in the country. It can only be expected that you walk away with an award showcasing your stylish ways.

Victoria Beckham set to snub Spice Girls 20th anniversary tour

Victoria Beckham has told her former bandmates (Geri, Emma, Mel 1, Mel 2) that she won’t be making an appearance on a project 20th anniversary Spice Girls tour, thanks. / According to The Sun, Mel B is hella keen to make Spice 20 a thing, seeing the two-decade anniversary year as an opportunity for TV special, a reunion tour, a Class of ’92-style documentary and even a new song. DO HOLLER Pt. II.

But Victoria isn’t too bothered about performing live much beyond an Olympics-style one-off, actually, what with all that ‘fashion stuff’ she has going on.

“Victoria sees 2014 as a year to concentrate on her fashion label, not her music,” a source told the paper.
VB is loving it

“She loved performing at the Olympics and reuniting, but that was a special event. Mel B has been working on project Spice 20 and sees that as a great opportunity to bring them all together.

“She sees the milestone as a chance for a TV documentary, new record and some shows. Victoria feels she won’t have the time or desire to work on performing live again.

“She will plough her energies into her label after renting out a swish new office in the West Chelsea neighbourhood of New York. She hopes to split her time between London and America in the next 18 months – how the Spice Girls fit into that is anyone’s guess.”

Paul Walker, 3 Months Before Fatal Crash: What I Want to Achieve Before I Die

Paul Walker
Paul Walker accomplished a lot in his life—professionally, philanthropically and personally—and he had big plans for his future, too.

In an August 2013 interview, GQ U.K. asked the late actor, point-blank, "What do you hope to achieve before you die?" He answered candidly, expounding upon his ongoing marine research and shark tagging efforts, and also opened up about his renewed relationship with his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.

"I missed out on a lot when I was younger because of this game [acting]. I think people tell you you are a certain thing and so you miss out on a lot you would have otherwise experienced," he explained. "Inside I still feel certain things calling me. That's why I was doing the shark tagging recently and will be doing it again in two weeks on an island off Hawaii. I'm also going to go do the Grouper spawning."

The Fast and the Furious star was also looking forward to new adventures with Meadow. "It's so funny, my daughter now lives with me full time and my original plan was to work up until I was 40 then reassess my life, even go in a completely different direction with things," said Paul, who celebrated the milestone birthday on Sept. 12. "She keeps encouraging me to do all this stuff. I thought at this point in my life I would need to be home with her, but she wants me to keep acting so she can travel around the world with me. Would that be so bad?"

Selena Gomez Takes A Shot At Justin Bieber

Looks like Selena Gomez is pretty upset with Justin Bieber right now. We’ve heard that she doesn’t like his recent antics, and now it sounds like she’s mad about the ladies he has been spending his time with.

Justin has been releasing a bunch of Music Mondays songs that are all about the former Disney star.

However, rather than still waiting for Selena to come around and get back together with him, Justin has been having tons of parties with lots of girls, and he’s been rumored to be dating a couple different people in the past couple of months.

Selena has obviously had enough, and she took to Instagram with the following message:
'' I thought he only liked the Latina category. Smh… #nomakeup #hatewhengirlssaythat ''
Selena Gomez Note For Justin Bieber

James Arthur is ‘desperate to save his career’ after he did that thing where he basically ruined his career

Imagine being there in person

James Arthur can barely apply mascara to himself in the mirror these days without crying, the poor lamb. And why is poor lamb and incumbent X Factor champ James Arthur crying, crying out of his big blue eyes? Because his career lies there on the floor in pieces like a shattered plate, that’s why.

Anyway apparently James is keen to ‘change all that’ and has absolutely had his fill of posting homophobic diss raps online and is going to behave now and everything.
Speaking to the Mirror after his Sunday night X Factor performance, he northern’d: “I was really nervous, it was hard getting back out there.

“I forgot some of the lyrics but I’m glad I got through it. I’m just trying to save my career.”
James’ performance almost [1] didn’t happen after a 14,000-odd strong Facebook petition campaigned to have his X Factor appearance cancelled.

[1] Yeah no it was always going to happen
“I’m extremely disappointed in myself for being so naïve with the diss track I made,” he very-carefully-said-without-actually-saying-‘sorry’. “I assure you homophobia is something I do not believe in.”

GOODNESS JAMES GIVE THAT GUITAR A WIPE

James has been forced to cancel a couple of tour dates after being diagnosed with ‘acute exhaustion’, but is hoping his 2014 promo campaign will get him back on track.

A source told the Mirror: “After all the negative attention, he wanted to make things right. Everyone deserves a second chance.”

Get the look: Nicole Scherzinger’s X Factor faux bob

We’ll admit we were pretty shocked to see Nicole Scherzinger sporting a dramatically shorter ‘do on X Factor on Saturday night. Would Scherzy really have lopped off her famous locks…? Don’t panic long hair fans it was all a ruse and Nic was in fact sporting what we’ve named a Fob- the faux bob- a ‘do that fools everyone (well some people) into thinking you’ve gone for the chop when in fact all you’ve done is get clever with some Kirby grips. Nicole’s hairdresser and Herbal Essences ambassador Ben Cooke told heat how he created the look:

“To create a volumous faux bob like the one I styled for Nicole on Saturday night, start by using Herbal Essences Classic Sensuously Smooth Shampooto reveal natural-looking shine. Follow with the Sensuously Smooth Conditioner to enhance silkiness and gloss, leaving hair lusciously touchable and creating the perfect canvas for some serious volume.

"Avoid overloading hair with product and instead blow dry and tong with a large barrel and then run fingers through hair to create large messy waves.  Don’t worry about a perfect finish – this look is sexy and tousled.

"Create a rough side parting and draw hair into a loose ponytail using a transparent snagless elastic, roll the pony under the elastic and  secure at the nape of the neck with grips.

"Finally use fingers to tease hair out into a bob effect and finish with a spritz of high shine hairspray.”

Joe Jonas has received a response from Demi Lovato after he mentioned the "Neon Light" singer in a piece he wrote on Vulture entitled "Joe Jonas: My Life As a Jonas Brother". Instead of sending angry tweet, Demi wrote on Monday, December 2, "@joejonas love you brother. #family/friendsforever."

Demi's sister Dallas Lovato, however, apparently is not happy with the piece. Without mentioning a name, Dallas tweeted, "Pathetic how people cut others down to get attention off themselves... Loser."

Some of Demi's fans are equally unhappy with the piece and slam Joe on Twitter. "Why are people proud of Joe Jonas for that article? I'm completely embarrassed, he had to name drop like that to stay relevant," a fan wrote. Another fan added, "Wait I don't see the part where he cared about her. He was more worried about his career!"

Joe previously wrote about his first pot-smoking experience. "The first time I smoked weed was with Demi [Lovato] and Miley [Cyrus]. I must have been 17 or 18. They kept saying, 'Try it! Try it!' so I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don't even smoke weed that often anymore," he said.

The former Jonas Brothers member also talked about Demi's drug problem. "We eventually dated for a month. I really got to know her and got to see the ins and outs of what she was struggling with, like drug abuse. I felt like I needed to take care of her, but at the same time I was living a lie, because I wasn't happy but felt like I had to stay in it for her, because she needed help. I couldn't express any of that, of course, because I had a brand to protect," he revealed.

Kanye West Leaves Stage During Florida Concert

After complaining about the wrong lighting scheme, the rapper gets mad at a crew member named Laura for forgetting to turn on the 'deep voice' effect on his mic.

Perfectionist Kanye West suddenly halted his show in Tampa, Florida over the weekend after things didn't go according to his plan. The Tampa Tribune said that the rapper was just a few seconds into the third song when he demanded that the music be stopped as he stormed off stage.

The lighting scheme was apparently wrong and West was clearly unhappy with it. He wanted all the lights to be shut off "now" before launching some expletives to the technical crew. Things worsened when a poor lady named "Laura" forgot to turn on the "deep voice" effect on his mic. He called her out in front of more than 7,000 fans who attended that night's concert.

Those mistakes weren't the only things that angered West that night. He wasn't pleased when his face appeared in color rather than black and white on the giant LED screen that hung center stage.

West exited the stage for only five minutes before returning to sing "Send It Up", a track off his "Yeezus" album, as if nothing had happened.

West's "Yeezus" tour kicked off back in October. Early last month, the star announced that he had canceled and rescheduled several tour dates after a truck carrying concert equipment crashed on its way to Vancouver. The tour is wrapping up later this month in Toronto, Canada.

Halle Berry to Bring 'Hannibal' on History as Miniseries

The miniseries scripted by Jeffrey Caine centers on Carthaginian military commander Hannibal Barca, who took part in the Second Punic War.

Halle Berry

Halle Berry teams up with History Channel to deliver a small-screen take on the life of the legendary Carthaginian general Hannibal Barca. The Storm of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" will executive produce "Hannibal" miniseries, which is penned by Oscar-nominated writer Jeffrey Caine ("The Constant Gardener", "Goldeneye").

"Hannibal was not only the greatest African general to ever live," the Academy Award-winning actress says in a statement. "He may have been the greatest general, period. His story is an intricate and captivating ride, and I'm thrilled to get this project off the ground with our partners at History."

The miniseries kicks off in Carthage, in 264 B.C., at the beginning of his life in North Africa and goes through the second Punic War between Carthage and Rome. Hannibal and his archnemesis Scipio Africanus take a sacred vow to destroy the other and the nation each serves. However, despite their firecely opposed allegiances, the two are brought together and grow to respect each other as brothers.

Berry recently landed a starring role on CBS' summer series "Extant" from executive producer Steven Spielberg. She will play a female astronaut who is trying to reconnect with her family when she returns after a year in outer space on the futuristic thriller.
