Joan Rivers Calls Miley Cyrus Disgusting, Says She Should Know Her Audience

Joan Rivers is NOT impressed with Miley Cyrus‘ recent image overhaul. In fact, Joan thinks Miley is “disgusting” as of late.

When asked about the former “Hannah Montana” star Joan had this to say:

''Enough! That girl is disgusting. She should know her audience, and her audience is 17-year-old girls! I would never have let Melissa [Rivers] go to a concert like that at 17 years of age.''
