Miley Cyrus Celebrates Her 21st Birthday Early

Miley Cyrus celebrated her 21st birthday early last night! Miley is in Amsterdam where she is gearing up for the November 10, 2013 MTV EMAs – she will be performing for the crowd!

Miley went out with her friends last night, and she got dressed up for her birthday – princess crown and all!
Miley turns 21 on November 23, 2013, but she has previously said that she plans to celebrate her big day all month long!
