Complaining that he doesn't get to see their four-year-old son often, he petitions for a 50/50 custody.
Levi Johnston is back fighting his ex and baby mama Bristol Palin in court. The 23-year-old wants an equal custody of their son, four-year-old Tripp, filing a petition on Thursday, November 7.
In the court filing, Johnston would like to spend as much time with his son as Palin does. The couple agreed back in 2010 that she would get the primary custody of Tripp while he got visitation and would pay child support. Palin then exposed through her lawyer last month that Johnston owed her $66,000 in child support.
The custody war has been going on for years now with Johnston accusing Palin of not letting him see Tripp. The couple has been through a rocky relationship since they broke off their engagement a few weeks after Trip was born in December 2008. They reconciled in July 2010 but split a month later.
Johnston went on marrying girlfriend Sunny Oglesby in October 2012, a month after their daughter Breeze Beretta Johnston was born. He admitted that Oglesby's pregnancy wasn't planned but they were down with it. "Things happen and we are both happy with what came of it," he said. "Sunny and I are looking forward to raising a baby together and maybe eventually getting married or something."
