James Corden wants to be just like Gary Barlow – hot in his forties

 James Corden has a plan, and that plan is to be super hot by the time he’s 40 – just like Gary Barlow.

“I’ve been trying to be a little bit healthier, but my plan is to peak when I’m 40,” he tells Alan Carr on tonight’s Chatty Man.

“Well, you’re obsessed with Gary Barlow aren’t you?,” continues Alan.

“Barlow is the prime example of a man who’s peaked when he’s 40, is he not? And that’s the trick – no one gets better with age, unless you start fat.

“That’s the trick – if you’re gonna go fat, go fat early. Kids, grab a bag of Quavers and go ‘it’s alright, I’m gonna be at my worst at 20’, and by the time you’re 40 people are like ‘oh he’s kinda hot,’” jokes the One Chance actor.

But Gaz Baz isn’t James’ only boy crush.

“You had the hots for David Beckham as well didn’t you? Where is David Beckham on the Gary Barlow scale?,” asks Alan.

“Beckham’s in a different league of someone who’s always been the most beautiful man in whatever room he steps into,” says James.
