One thing Mick Jagger and Katy Perry agree on is that there was no "Firework" between them.
In an interview with an Australian radio show this week, Perry, 29, said she sang backup on a Jagger song in 2004.
She also said she had dinner with the rocker, who is 41 years her
senior, and that, "he hit on me when I was, like, 18." She added that it
was "a long time ago and since then he's been very kind."
Jagger says there's no way Perry is "The One that Got Away." (Okay,
Social Climber will stop. The song references are just so easy with
Perry!)
"Mick Jagger categorically denies that he has ever made a pass at Katy
Perry," a rep for the Rolling Stone frontman said in a statement to ABC
News. "Perhaps she is confusing him with someone else."
