Two years after their separation, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reportedly are finalizing their divorce proceedings. Page Six reports that Kutcher and Moore have signed documents related to the divorce and are ready to file them as soon as next week.
"Ashton and Demi have finally signed their divorce agreement. They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage," a source says. "There had been lengthy negotiations between lawyers for both sides about the financial settlement - in particular, how much he owed her from their marriage. They have finally come to an agreement that was acceptable to all sides," another source adds.
The pair previously were reported fighting over money. Kutcher was dubbed highest-paid actor as he joined "Two and a Half Men" and he had some investments. The 50-year-old actress reportedly was worth $150 million, but she requested spousal support.
A TMZ report, however, suggested that Moore would not get spousal support from Kutcher. A source explained that the actress was not entitled to spousal support based on a claim that he cheated on her as the divorce was filed in no-fault state, California. Therefore, she gave up. Concerning the division of property, the "jOBS" star reportedly was "a little more generous than he had to be." The couple split everything they acquired during their marriage and reportedly were "satisfied with the settlement."
