Jennifer Lawrence is busy promoting her new movie The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and our favourite actress has used the publicity to send a very important message to young girls everywhere: stop bullying each other.
During her exclusive Q&A with Yahoo's CEO, Marissa Mayer, she said: "Screw the people who judge you. I experienced it in school before I was famous.
"The world has this idea that if you don't look like an airbrushed perfect model… You have to see past it. You look how you look, you have to be comfortable. What are you going to do? Be hungry every single day to make other people happy? That's just dumb.
"There are shows like The Fashion Police that are just showing these generations of young people to judge people based on all the wrong values and that it's OK to point at people and call them ugly or fat."
"There are unrealistic expectations for women; it's disappointing that the media keeps it alive and fuels that fire. It's something that really bothers me - because I love to eat."
The actress, on a more lighthearted note, also admitted that she wishes she could turn back time and undo some of her own biggest mistakes. Namely falling on her face at the Oscars 2013.
"Every day we cringe at something. I wish my publicist were here, she'd know the worst. I did call Bill Clinton 'Gill Clinton' while I was presenting to him.
"Oh, and last year at the Golden Globes when I said 'I beat Meryl Streep' and I thought everyone would know that was a joke - but nobody did. If I could take moment back I would ... oh, and falling on my face."
