The 41-year-old rapper is the first leading act since the British band to have four hits in the Top 20 simultaneously.
Eminem makes a history in his music career as he catches up with The Beatles in having four simultaneous songs in the Top 20 of Billboard Hot 100 chart. His latest single "The Monster", which is featuring Rihanna, has debuted at number 3 in the chart, followed by "Bezerk", "Survival" and "Rap God" at number 15, 16, and 17 respectively.
The Beatles made a record in 1964, having six songs in the Top 20 for two weeks in April. Eminem may be the sixth act to ever place at least four songs in the Top 20 but he's the first artist since Beatles to chart as lead artist. The other acts like 50 Cent (2005), T-Pain (2007-08), Lil Wayne (2008) and Ludacris (2010) included featured billings.
Eminem's new album "MMLP2" was released on November 5 and is looking at number 1 debut on next week's Billboard Hot 200 chart.
Across the pond, "The Monster" has topped the UK Singles chart. Rihanna, the featured act, joined Beatles and Elvis Presley as one of just three acts to top the chart seven times over seven years. For Eminem, "The Monster" is his first UK number one since 2006.
