Uh oh! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are really upset that video footage from their engagement made it onto the web! In fact, they are so mad that they plan to sue YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, who posted the video.
Kim and Kanye have filed court documents that state that Chad was not an invited guest, but instead that he came as a guests’ plus 1. They also state that he signed a confidentiality agreement that should have kept him from posting any photos or videos from the night.
Kim and Kanye are suing for a breach in contract. No word yet how much they are asking for in damages. We’ll keep you posted.
