A list of artists are set to perform at the 12th annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and free holiday concert at the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, California! The event will take place on November 9, 2013.

15,000 people are expected to attend the outdoor concert and watch the 115 foot Christmas tree be lit! Sounds like so much fun!
