When Amanda Bynes lived in New York City she got a puppy named Sherbert. The pup was taken away from Amanda when she was placed on a 5150 hold, and many of Amanda’s fans were worried about the dog when a video hit the web of Amanda trying to wash gasoline off of him at a gas station after setting fire to a driveway in California.

The dog was being cared for by Amanda’s family while Amanda was in treatment, however it is now being reported that Amanda’s parents had to give the puppy away because he didn’t get along with their other dogs.

Sherbert is now being cared for by a family friend.
