Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have apparently agreed to settle their divorce.
Since then no formal decisions have been made, but the pair have now reportedly signed the necessary paperwork.
According to New York Post, legal documents could be filed by next week.
“Ashton and Demi have finally signed their divorce agreement,” a source told the publication’s Page Six.
“They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage.”
Since splitting, Ashton has moved on with 30-year-old Black Swan star Mila Kunis, while Demi has been linked to Will Hanigan, Harry Morton and his father Peter Morton.
Demi and Ashton surprised fans when they were spotted chatting amicably at Burbank Airport in September.
While they looked friendly, it is thought money issues were slowing down divorce proceedings.
Demi, who is apparently worth $150 million, was thought to be demanding spousal support from her younger ex-boyfriend, who became TV’s highest-paid actor thanks to his role in Two and a Half Men.
“There had been lengthy negotiations between lawyers for both sides about the financial settlement - in particular, how much he owed her from their marriage,” an insider explained.
The source added: “They have finally come to an agreement that was acceptable to all sides.”
Reps for both Ashton and Demi refused to comment when contacted by New York Post.
It will be the actress’ third divorce, following a split from first husband Freddy Moore in 1985 and Bruce Willis – who she has three daughters with – in 2000.
