George Clooney lays into Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio

Bit of advice for all you showbiz fellas out there – don’t get on the wrong side of George Clooney, because he’ll make sure the whole world knows about it.

George has given his opinion on fellow Hollywood hunks Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio in a recent interview with Esquire magazine, and it ain’t pretty.

Talking about a feud he had with stroppy actor Russell, George revealed how the Gladiator actor ended up sending him a book of poetry apologising for starting a fight with him.

Russell had given a quote about George being a 'sellout'. He also mentioned Hollywood legends Harrison Ford and Robert De Niro in his rant.

“The truth is that [Russell Crowe] did send me a book of poems to apologise for insulting the s**t out of me, which he did,” George said.

“And that's when he really went off on me. ‘Who the f**k does this guy think he is? He's a Frank Sinatra wannabe.’ He really went after me.”

We guess Russell realised that he was bound to bump into the Gravity actor at a showbiz do sooner or later so he had better apologise… sharpish!

“I think he said ‘I was misquoted’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, yeah. Whatever.’”

Leonardo DiCaprio

George, 52, also spoke about an unsavoury experience he had with Leo.

The pair played a basketball game together after striking up a friendship, but the game was spoiled by the Great Gatsby star’s overbearing friends, who had threatened to 'kick ass' during the game.

George ended up beating them 11-0.
Sorry but… HA!

“And the discrepancy between their game and how they talked about their game made me think of how important it is to have someone in your life to tell you what's what.

“I'm not sure if Leo has someone like that.”

Maybe we could be that someone. Leo – call us.
