Justin Bieber has said in a new US radio interview that he’s “retiring”. Cue hysterical fans and lots of happy JB haters.
However, his official rep soon stepped in to clarify that Justin was only joking. He’s not quitting music. Oh good.
Depending on who you are, news that Justin has no plans to quit
showbiz is either the greatest information you’ve ever received, or it's
totally disappointing. Either way, Justin should not be toying with
people’s emotions like this.
Speaking on Power 106 in Los Angeles, Justin did seem to hint that he
might take a bit of break from music. He said he plans to take "a step
out", adding that, "I want my music to mature."
Let’s hope it’s not just Justin’s music that has time to do a bit of growing up.
