Miley Cyrus took a break from showing off her skin. The twerking songstress covered up from top to toe in a black vintage long dress as she graced the red carpet of 2013 Bambi Awards at the Stage Theater Thursday night, November 14 in Berlin, Germany.

Miley rocked a Jean Paul Gaultier long gown with bell-like sleeves and chic high-rolled neckline that gave somewhat sci-fi vibes. She paired it with Fendi heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including a gold choker necklace with big pearls. A neat hairdo and dark red lips completed her look.

Her modest appearance didn't last long though as she took the stage later that night in a bright eye-popping crop top and high-waisted shorts. She performed "Wrecking Ball" with an acoustic band and received an International Pop honor at the event.

"Miley Cyrus is the star of the hour; all attention is on her. She is a brilliant musician who has what it takes to become one of the greatest entertainers of our time. With her performance at the MTV VMA Awards she generated international buzz. With her video clip 'Wrecking Ball' she broke down walls and simultaneously shattered her old image once and for all," said the Bambi jury.

Along with the attention came the controversies, but she shrugged the critics off. "I feel like I'm one of the biggest feminists in the world because I tell women to not be scared of anything," she defended herself in a recent interview with BBC's Newsbeat.

"There's absolutely no contradiction at all between being a feminist and taking your clothes off and being comfortable about displaying your sexuality. ...] Guys get to show their (chest) on the beach, why can't we? I don't understand the double standard."

Talking about her smoking stunt at the MTV Europe Music Awards, she claimed that it was a spontaneous act. "It's not something that I think about," she said. "I was just walking out of my room and then I was like, 'Oh, I have this in my bag. That will be really funny.' And I didn't say anything to anybody. It's not that I think about that ... and I don't tell anyone I'm gonna do it."

She added, "Some people I think overthink so much ... That's not why I do it. I just did it mostly because I knew the fans in Amsterdam would love it, and they started going crazy when I did it ... But I don't really care what the media says because I don't google myself, so I don't know what they say. And I don't care."

Adam Levine apparently has been chosen as PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive. GossipCop reported on Thursday, November 14 that the magazine would announce the title's holder on November 20. When asked for a comment, a representative for the magazine said, "We're not commenting on that right now."

Last year, the site reported that Channing Tatum was 2012's Sexiest Man Alive more than a week prior to the announcement. The report was spot on. If the coach of "The Voice" is indeed named as this year's Sexiest Man Alive, he will join Bradley Cooper, Ryan Reynolds and Johnny Depp who received the honor in 2011, 2010 and 2009 respectively.

In other news, Levine attended the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Wednesday to support his fiancee Behati Prinsloo. According to Us Weekly, the Maroon 5 singer sat in front row with a group of friends and they "stood and cheered for Behati when she walked by." An eyewitness said, "He was a proud fiance. They were the only group going really crazy for any model. Behati would look over and blow him a kiss."

At the event's backstage, Prinsloo stated that she and Levine had not started planning the wedding. When asked if her fiance was excited to see her walk the runway, the Namibian model said, "I don't know. I mean, I think so."

Fans have been listening to the wrong version of Mariah Carey's new single, "The Art of Letting Go". On Thursday, November 14, three days after the song made its debut online, Carey took to her Facebook page to apologize, make explanation and share the "real mix" of the song.

"Hey Lambs, I have to tell you this, I can't do what I always do and say nothing at all. It is 3:30am (11.14), and I'm sitting on my bathroom floor, very upset by some news I just got from a close friend and employee," she said. In the lengthy statement, the former "American Idol" judge blamed the whole incident on her "brand new sound engineer."

"A mistake was made by a brand new sound engineer whose only task was to press the space bar while my team, and an incredible group of people from Facebook, partied while listening to the properly mixed & mastered version of 'The Art of Letting Go' on repeat from my iPod on my home speakers," she continued.

She then explained why it took her three days to notice the mistake, saying, "Clearly, I was focused on answering your questions during the Q&A. There was no reason for me to wonder if the final mix we were listening to in that room together was different than what you were listening to!!!!!"

"Like I always say, I am involved with every record I make, from the inception to the completion of the song," she defended herself. "Every nuance of the beat or vocal matters to me. Even if the differences may seem slight to you, I had put time, effort and emotions into 'The Art of Letting Go' and the real mix is how I intended for you to hear the song."

Carey decided to leave "the old version" and post the "real mix" so fans could listen to the two versions "back-to-back" and feel the difference. "I want you to hear it like you're hearing it for the first time with me, and I will answer any questions that you have, pertaining to the song," she told her fans.

Will Smith is officially on board to star in 20th Century Fox's adventure film called "The City That Sailed". "Night at the Museum" helmer Shawn Levy has been billed to serve behind the lens for the upcoming potential tentpole.

Scripted by Audrey Wells ("The Game Plan"), it will center on a father and daughter on the island of Manhattan as it breaks loose and sails across the Atlantic Ocean. Smith who serves as one of the producers is expected to play the father.

Smith was last seen in "After Earth" with his real-life son Jaden Smith. He will next make a cameo in "Anchorman: The Legend Continues", stars in Akiva Goldsman's "Winter's Tale", and leads romcom drama "Focus".

Levy previously directed comedy "The Internship" for Fox and recently wrapped "This Is Where I Leave You" for Warner Bros. He will next helm "Night at the Museum 3". His other directorial credits include "Date Night" and "Real Steel".

Harry Connick Jr. has responded to Mariah Carey's comment that compared "American Idol" to hell. After the R&B diva opened up about her experience working on the show last season, the new judge which joins the show for the upcoming 13th installment tweeted, "@MariahCarey - Must've been hard to judge in hell. Idol XIII: Welcome to heaven!"

Careful not to offend the "#Beautiful" songstress, the former "Will & Grace" star quickly added, "I LOVE @MariahCarey!!! no hate for that sweet lady - i just feel bad that she didn't have what we have - the best @AmericanIdol ever!"

Carey earlier told Hot 97's Angie Martinez during a radio interview that she "hated" being on "Idol". "I thought it was going to be a three-person panel. They gave me a nice dangling monetary moment, and I was just like, 'Okay. Randy Jackson will be there; I've known him forever. He used to play bass for me. Like, this isn't a big deal. This will be nothing.' But it wasn't that. It was like going to work every day in hell with Satan," she said without mentioning whom she compared to Satan.

It's, however, widely believed that Carey was referring to fellow former judge Nicki Minaj, with whom she had a highly-publicized feud during their judging stint in season 12. She later downplayed her initial comments, saying, "Naw, I'm just playing. It didn't affect me that much."

With Keith Urban returning and Connick Jr. and Jennifer Lopez in place of the exiting judges, the judging panel of season 13 will likely be more cheerful. Urban said in September, "I think this season of 'Idol' is gonna be a blast. New team, new energy, and a whole new field of artists to be discovered and given a chance!"

"Idol" season 13 will premiere January 15 on FOX. The show has just debuted new ads which highlight the real contestants and their motivation for joining the reality singing competition series.

After confirming their disbandment back in October, Jonas Brothers made a surprising appearance at the Telehit Awards which was held in Mexico City on Wednesday, November 13. Two members Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas were reuniting to perform at the event, while Kevin Jonas was nowhere to be seen.

The performance is a commitment made before the band's split. Prior to taking the stage together, Joe and Nick did an interview with Telehit but didn't mention why their oldest brother wasn't joining them. They only talked about Kevin when they revealed their plans for the upcoming holiday.

"Because Kevin is obviously about to have a baby soon, we obviously want to be with him. We also want to be with our grandparents. Everybody's at different sides of the world," Joe said. "We're going to try to figure it out."

While the boys didn't talk about Kevin's absence, a source close to the trio did. "Kevin is focusing on his business ventures," the source told E! "As announced earlier, the band is no longer together. However, the guys had made a commitment to Telehit and wanted to keep that commitment."
