Miley Cyrus Caught Making Out With Benji Madden

Miley Cyrus (almost 21) was caught kissing Benji Madden (34) at a Halloween party at Bootsy Bellows on Halloween. Miley arrived at the party at midnight and at first was hanging out with her friend Kelly Osbourne.
Kelly left shortly after Miley arrived though, and Miley turned her attention to Benji, of Good Charlotte. The pair were seen making out for a while before leaving the club together along with a group of friends.
Miley sported her Lil Kim costume to the party.
