Kesha and Her Lawyer 'Are Prepared to Fight' Dr. Luke

After news that the 'Tik Tok' hitmaker is suing her music producer emerges, Kesha's lawyer says, 'We are prepared to fight until he agrees to get out of her life once and for all.'

Kesha, formerly Ke$ha, has filed a lawsuit against her music producer Dr. Luke, alleging sexual abuse and she is prepared to fight him in the court. The statement was delivered by her lawyer Mark Geragos after the suit made headlines, telling PEOPLE, "We are prepared to fight until he agrees to get out of her life once and for all."

In her lawsuit, Kesha alleges that she "nearly lost her life" because of Dr. Luke's treatment to her. The producer, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, allegedly sexually abused her and "cruelly and incessantly" commented on her physical appearance among other allegations. The "Tik Tok" hitmaker, however, only found the courage to fight back now.

"She's made efforts, [but] she is not a confrontational person. The efforts were always met with psychological warfare, [predatory behavior] and things of that ilk. She finally got to a place where she is surrounded by people that are supportive enough that she felt like she could finally do it, and felt like she needed to do it. She just couldn't go on this way. Getting out of the contract is really secondary to extricating herself from his control," Geragos explained.

"It's emblematic of what happens in this industry," Geragos said of sex abuse in entertainment industry. "You get these guys who end up preying on these young women, tying them up in contracts and in their power plays, and then literally being predators. [Dr. Luke] is nothing but a predator."

Dr. Luke has denied Kesha's allegations and launched a countersuit. In a statement, the producer said that "extortion [was] the ultimate goal of this defamatory campaign."

Katie Price only gave birth to youngest child less than three months ago, but she’s already looking forward to getting back in front of the camera and showing off her post-baby body.

The 36-year-old model told MailOnline how she’s excited to be going back to work after her surprise pregnancy with baby Bunny Hayler.

“Obviously I have been pregnant for two years so I am looking forward to getting back to work,” she said.

“I can’t wait to do more photoshoots, it’s where I started and what I do best, I miss them but I want to do proper styled shoots, themed ones, that are sexy.”

And it looks like she’s getting back to normal with third husband Kieran Hayler after he cheated on her with Katie’s ex-best friend Jane Pountney.

Talking about her health regime, Katie said: “I don’t take any supplements for my hair and skin, I don’t like taking tablets but Kieran takes a lot of vitamins. 

“I believe in eating healthily and I eat a lot better now. Kieran makes delicious salads for me, I never knew how to make them before and they always tasted so bland but he is really into health and fitness so knows what works.”

She added that the couple are “very traditional” and always have an Indian curry on Fridays and roast lamb on Sundays.

Elliott Wright is ‘heartbroken’ after split with TOWIE co-star Chloe Sims

TOWIE’s Elliot Wright has spoken out for the first time since his split with Chloe Sims.

The couple – who split last week – had been dating since earlier this year, but after a series of rows decided to take a break.

“I am heartbroken,” Elliott told the Mirror. “We had five months together, but it is what it is.”
According to the 32-year-old’s representative, Elliott ended the relationship but it’s thought the couple are still trying to work through their problems.

They added: “They’re amicable. Seeing as they both have children, Elliott made the decision to walk away before they decide what the future holds.”

Just weeks ago, Elliott said with Chloe it was “love” but conceded they had been taking things slowly.

Jennifer Garner: Goat herder and streaker

Yep, you read that right

What’s the best message a husband could receive when away from home? A declaration of love? A raunchy snap? Anything but a picture of a herd of 120 goats that have been hired to landscape his property, right?
But Jennifer Garner thinks otherwise. On an American talk show last night, the actress confessed that instead of hiring an exterminator or something silly like that, she rented a herd of goats to get rid of the overgrown ivy around her house. And then sent her husband, Ben Affleck – who was away filming Batman at the time – a sweet little picture of what she’d done.

Jen explained how the ivy growing on the hill next to her LA property had been harbouring rats. In what she described as a “Genius wife manouvre”, she rented 120 animals to eat the ivy and thereby chew the roofs of the rats’ heads.

It being Hollywood and all that, Jen threw a “Running Of The Goats” party to celebrate herding the goats with a bunch of unspecified children, presumably also rented from the nearby area.

Perhaps concerned that some of the audience don’t know what a goat sounds like, Jen charitably went on to impersonate their bleat.

But it seems the 13 Going On 30 star didn’t quite think the plan through. The goats are still on her property, soon to be re-joined by the rats who will presumably be making a re-appearance because the ivy, like any normal plant, has grown back.

In another surprising turn of events, the crazy fun thing also admitted to being “the leader of the streakers” when she was in college.

She said that at the time, she was in a “naked frame of mind”.

Not many people know that Kanye West has worked on all of John Legend's five studio albums, so when it comes to talking about the real Kanye, John is the man to tell us what he’s really like.
Speaking exclusively to Magic’s Jo Parkerson, John said: “We’ve been working together for a long time now, it’s been about 12-13 years. He executive produced almost all of my albums now and he was actually more involved with this one than the previous ones – and probably even more than my first album. We just got together at the beginning of the process of making this album and said we want to make a really great, soulful, fresh, modern album that felt really good. Feel good soulful music and that’s what we went for, it was fun working with him.”

Yeah, OK, but we all want to know what he’s REALLY like…
John said: “The things people see in the media – when he’s brutally honest and very creative, [he] marches to the beat of his own drum – all those things are very true of him. There’s not like a public persona and a private persona, but people don’t know how generous he is. For instance when we’ve worked together people are surprised that he’s worked on all my albums for all of my career.

“He’s been so instrumental in my career, people don’t really realise that and how generous he’s been to me over all of my career, including the beginning when I was broke and still figuring out what I wanted to do, as an artist he was helping me figure that out. So I have a more rounded picture of him than most people do, but he’s still that guy too – he isn’t afraid to speak his truth at any time and you need people in your life like that, especially when you’re making art and being creative because there is always going to be people to tell you what you want to hear, but you need people to tell you what you need to hear too.”

And Kanye is accepting the cost of achieving his dream, according to John. John said his marriage to Kim Kardashian has pushed him to another level.

He says: “He and Kim, Brad and Angelina, Jay and Beyonce they are the ultimate celebrity couples and I think he is conflicted about dealing with that because he recognises the power of it and also recognises the drawbacks. I think he’s dealing with that just like anybody would, because part of it is you’ve achieved your goal and you’ve realised your dream, you wanted to be a successful artist, you wanted to be hugely impactful, you wanted to marry this stunning beautiful woman and so you realise all those dreams but you also realise is that there is costs to that as well.”

5SOS pull out of Radio 1 Teen Awards as Ashton Irwin has appendicitis

The BBC has announced tonight that 5SOS will no longer be performing at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.

The band’s drummer Ashton Irwin has been diagnosed with appendicitis and will be unable to perform at the event this Sunday.
“Ashton Irwin from 5 Seconds of Summer was admitted to hospital in Sydney with appendicitis yesterday and has subsequently had an operation to remove his appendix,” the band's spokesperson said in a statement.
“Ashton is currently recovering therefore sadly 5SOS will not able to travel this week to the UK for The Radio 1 Teen Awards in London. We are so sorry to everyone that had planned on seeing us at Wembley, we were so excited to come see you all. We can’t wait to get back to the UK soon.,”
The awards are taking place at London’s SSE Arena and celebrate the UK’s unsung teenage heroes as well as the year’s best music, online, sport and entertainment stars.

In an interview with the Telegraph Magazine, Ariana called her not-so-new beau an "amazing person".

Asked if they were dating, she replied: "Yes. He is one of the most amazing men in the whole world, and that includes my grandfather and my brother.

"I think the world of him and he's an amazing person. That's kind of all there is to it."

N'aww. That said, neither of them have tried to cover up their romance – they were spotted holding hands backstage at the MTV VMAs in August, plus Sean's been collaborating with her on quite a few of her album tracks this year, including Best Mistake and Problem.

In a recent interview, Sean even said: "Me and her make a lot of music together and the chemistry between me and her when we work is great. We got more in the works too." Mmm-hmm!

"I feel like her voice is crazy, that that big voice comes out of her is insane. I was probably one of the first people to tweet about her music; me and her been friends for years before anything else," he added.
