The two pop stars release the
studio version of their duet a few weeks after they performed it in the
fifth season finale of 'The Voice'.
Lady GaGa has officially dropped the studio version of her collaboration with Christina Aguilera, "Do What U Want". The new version of GaGa's second "ARTPOP" single arrived on Tuesday, December 31.
"Here's 'Do What U Want feat. Christina Aguilera' STUDIO Version," GaGa alerted her fans on Twitter. She attached a link to the song on iTunes and wrote, "Pink champagne, gold lame, hair, and fearlessness."
In early December, GaGa and Aguilera teamed up to perform "Do What U Want" in the fifth season finale of "The Voice". The performance earned rave reviews and a few weeks later, the two singers decided to release the studio version of their duet.
The original version of the track features a guest appearance from R. Kelly. GaGa's currently readying a music video for the single.
