Justin Bieber Says Everywhere He Spray Paints Has Been Approved

Despite the fact that police in Brazil want to charge Justin Bieber for spray painting on public property, Justin wants everyone to know that he has gotten his graffiti locations approved. Justin shared some of his graffiti artwork with fans, along with sending out the following message about his art:

'' This is my escape. Every place I have tagged has been approved I do not suggest tagging private property.. I still suck but i have fun doing it ;) ''

According to reports the police want Justin to pay a fine for the buildings he tagged in Brazil. We’ll keep you posted if Justin ends up paying, or if he sticks to the story that he had all of the locations he painted approved.
