Charlie Sheen, who is in custody war against his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, has been warned not to talk about the case in public or he will go to jail. Previously, Sheen ranted about custody battle of his sons in a candid interview with TMZ, saying that the judge handling the case was a "douchebag" if he sent him to jail for "telling the truth."

Sources told TMZ that the judge was upset and told him, "Don't forget, I'm Italian!" at one point. In the court session, the judge issued a temporary restraining order against the "Anger Management" star, ordering him to stay at least 200 yards from Mueller. He was also not allowed to contact Mueller, to which he reportedly replied, "Thank you."

Mueller, who was also present, reportedly wanted Sheen's visitation right to be suspended, but the judge denied her request. The judge allegedly also denied her request to remove Denise Richards as temporary guardian of 4-year-old Bob and Max.

In related news, Richards apparently showed an e-mail written by Dr. Jay Gordon, an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UCLA Medical School, to officials at the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. The e-mail suggested that Sheen's boys needed an evaluation following their violent behavior.

"As we have discussed, because of recent events involving the boys' behavior I think that they need urgent evaluation. I am very concerned about their escalating violent actions; The apparent lack of understanding of the consequences and the safety of others is most worrisome. I would like them seen by Dr. Alessia Gottlieb for a complete developmental and behavioral assessment," read the letter dated August 23.

Richards previously was reported telling the DCFS that she wanted to give up the custody of the boys because they misbehaved, hurting animals and her three daughters. The boys reportedly acted violently after getting back from Mueller's place.

Robert Pattinson is on board to join a true-story adventure film "The Lost City of Z". The "Cosmopolis" star is set to join "The Fifth Estate" actor Benedict Cumberbatch in the project which will be directed by James Gray.

An adaptation of David Grann's nonfiction book of the same title, the film will follow British soldier-turned-explorer Colonel Percy Harrison Fawcett who was lost in the Amazon while searching for an ancient lost city with his son in a self-funded expedition in the 1920s.

Director Gray once told IndieWire that the movie would have a "slightly more hallucinogenic feel. Because [the protagonist] went to the jungle and sorta went mad."

The "August: Osage County" star is expected to play Colonel Fawcett which was originally linked to Brad Pitt but the "World War Z" actor is now only attached to the project as one of the producers. There is no word on what role Pattinson is going to play.

The "Twilight Saga" actor has no movie release this year, but he lines up "The Rover" and "Maps to the Stars" for next year's releases. Cumberbatch will next be seen in "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" and will reprise his role in "The Hobbit: There and Back Again".

Jennifer Aniston 'Trying Hard' to Love Her New Hair Cut

Cutting her famous hair short, the actress admits that she wanted her long hair back the minute it was chopped.

Jennifer Aniston's hair becomes talk of the town once again as she changed the style into a dramatic short cut. However, the former "Friends" star confessed that she is not too sure herself whether she loves the new do.

Aniston mentioned about the reason she had a new look in an interview with ELLEuk.com. "It wasn't for a role. My hair went through a phase - I did this thing called a Brazilian and my hair did not react really well to it. It's about two inches above my shoulders now." But Aniston is struggling to get used to it. "The minute I cut my hair I want it back. Always. It's a guarantee. I'm trying really hard to love this one," she said.

Her hair was cut by best friend and hairstylist Chris McMillan who also cuts Miley Cyrus' hair. "She cut her hair. She just wanted something new and modern and wanted to cut her hair. That's all," McMillan said.

The hairstylist revealed that he and Aniston planned this a long time, sending each other pictures that they like and then agreed on going shorter. "This one was a big cut so we did it at her house in the bathroom, just the two of us. It's usually the best way. We cut it and took it slow," said McMillan.

McMillan continued explaining about the cut, "I call this a chewed-off bob. It's not precious. It's got lots of bits and ends and pieces. It's shorter in the back and longer in the front. She's really over blow-drying her hair. She wanted to towel dry and put some product in and leave it alone."

The hairstyle is also a reflection of Aniston's personality. "She likes to look natural and easy and effortless. She's a low-maintenance girl when it comes to her hair and makeup. She definitely takes time to get ready. But it doesn't take her an hour," McMillan said. "She does her makeup really quickly. She's got great skin, very healthy. She does lots of mascara. The most time she takes is figuring out which pair of jeans to wear and which jacket."

Will Smith and Margot Robbie's Intimate Pictures Surface

While rumors of his marriage breakdown are getting persistent, Will threw fuel into the fire with the sexy pictures.

Racy photos of Will Smith and his "Focus" co-star Margot Robbie triggered split rumors between Will and wife Jada Pinkett Smith once again. The 45-year-old actor was seen in several photo booth pictures cavorting with the 23-year-old actress.

The pictures, printed in this week's issue of Star magazine, were taken during a party in New Orleans last month. Will and Margot were seen lifting up their shirts and pressed their body against each other. Margot revealed her lacy white bra as she pouted her lips and looked up at Will. In another picture, Will pulled her from behind and their face were pressed against each other.

Will and Margot got close during the filming of "Focus" in which they play romantically involved characters. "When we did our audition together, we had a natural chemistry," Margot previously dished out about her co-star. "I think it's going to be a lot of fun."

The party did not include Jada as she gave a talk at a charity event in Baltimore. Will took the break from wife a bit further. "He wasn't acting like a married man; he gave no signs that he was in a committed relationship," an eyewitness told Star magazine. "What kind of married man would go into a photo booth with a sexy 23-year-old girl and start to undress?"

The idea to take the pics, however, came from Margot. "Once they pulled the curtain back to take the pictures, they let their inhibitions run wild, laughing, hugging and nuzzling each other in the dark," the source said. "Margot directed Will before each pose. First she ordered him to act like a gangster. Then she covered her face with a masquerade mask and leaned into his chest. Next, she asked Will to take a sexy picture with her, as she pulled up her shirt and exposed her lingerie for Will and the camera."

"They were hanging all over each other, laughing like they were a new couple in love. Will had just gotten done working for the day, so he definitely wasn't intoxicated in any way - he knew what he was doing." He then reportedly carried her on his back on the way out of the photo booth. "They didn't seem to care if anyone saw them do this. Then they took off, giggling, with her riding on his back, holding him tight with her head resting on his neck and back as they headed toward the trailer."

Will and Margot did not wait for the photos to be printed and it was his assistant who took them. Meanwhile, the duo did not return to the set or the party.

Will's rep has not responded to the leaked photos.

Blake Shelton has got his glorious moment at the 2013 Country Music Association Awards. After losing to Tim McGraw in both Music Video and Musical Event of the Year categories, he finally nabbed his first award that night for Album of the Year.

His eigth studio album "Based on a True Story..." blocked Carrie Underwood's "Blown Away", Taylor Swift's "Red", Kacey Musgraves' "Same Trailer Different Park" and Little Big Town's "Tornado" from taking the coveted prize.

He playfully said, "Give me that!" to award presenter Sheryl Crow as he snatched the trophy out of her hand, while his wife Miranda Lambert got emotional watching him deliver his acceptance speech. Later on the show, Shelton sang "Mine Would Be You".

Musgraves won't come home empty handed despite losing the Album of the Year award to Shelton. The 25-year-old singer/songwriter was dubbed New Artist of the Year, defeating Lee Brice, Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line and Kip Moore. She thanked everybody, including her grandma in the audience.

Florida Georgia Line and Tim McGraw have won two each at the ongoing ceremony aired live on ABC from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley are hosting the event, with Taylor Swift, The Band Perry, Hunter Hayes and Jason Mraz among the musical performers.
