The 'Les Miserables' actor shows his support to Bieber via his Twitter page as the 19-year-old pop star is embroiled in graffiti dispute in Australia.

Russell Crowe says he likes Justin Bieber's graffiti. The "Noah" star backs the Canadian pop star in a Twitter post written on November 28, showing his approval on the singer's street art hobby. "I like Beiber's tagging. Tag on little brother. Tag the world," the post reads.

Bieber, who is currently on tour in Australia, recently made headlines after he spray-painted an external wall of QT Hotel in Surfers Paradise with cartoon characters. The mayor of Gold Coast Tom Tait has said that he wants the graffiti to be removed. He wrote on Twitter, "@justinbieber Glad you had a great time on Australia's #goldcoast. Hope to see you back soon to clean up your mess. Make me a #belieber."

The hotel, however, has no problem with the singer tagging a piece of their property. "He asked, and we said YES," the hotel's management said on the cover of their Facebook page.

The hotel additionally said in a post that they supported graffiti artists' creativity and wanted to provide a place for the best graffiti works. Artists are invited to send photos of something interesting which is related to the Gold Coast to be judged. The chosen artists can spray-paint the images on a place provided by the hotel. The submission should be placed before Christmas.

Just when people are getting used to seeing her appearing in public in revealing ensembles, Miley Cyrus covered her figure in a long sleeve top and a white pants suit when attending the 2013 American Music Awards. However, a source close to Cyrus revealed that the 21-year-old starlet was required to do so, or else, she couldn't perform at the event held last weekend.

"Performers were warned that they would be yanked if there was too much skin," the source told Hollywood Life. "Even though her outfit was a bit more racy during the performance of 'Wrecking Ball', she definitely would have pushed it further."

That night, Cyrus bared her legs in a two-piece outfit. She performed her hit with a cute kitten displayed on a big screen behind the singer. However, the giant video of the feline was Cyrus' way of still being able to "push the envelope" without violating the rules.

"She decided to prove a point and put her p***y up on the big screen," the source continued.

The source also talked about Cyrus' decision to walk on the red carpet in a covered-up white outfit. "The reason why she wore such a conservative outfit on the red carpet at the AMAs is because producers wanted a show that the whole family could watch, and they didn't want any boobs or butts or slips," the source explained.

Cher whose real name is Cherilyn Sarkisian has Cherokee ancestry from her mother's side. She apparently believes Thanksgiving celebrates the day the settlers stole from Native Americans who had no concept of property and infected them with smallpox.

The estate of Michael Jackson has sent a cease and desist letter in which they order the disgraced doctor to stop talking to media about the late King of Pop's medical details.

 

 

Michael Jackson's estate wants Conrad Murray to stop talking about the late singer, especially to media. Jackson's family has sent a cease and desist letter in which they want him not to discuss details of medical treatment received by the singer or he will face a legal battle.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman says in the letter dated November 26, obtained by New York Daily News, that Murray was Jackson's doctor. Therefore, details about his treatment are presumed confidential even if the patient passed away. He also calls the disgraced doctor "shameless" after Murray said in his interview with the Daily Mail that he placed a catheter into Michael every night.

"It is beyond ironic and cowardly that after electing not to testify before the jury that convicted you, you are not trying to publicly defend your conduct by sharing supposed conversations you had with Michael Jackson and alleged details about Mr. Jackson's medical condition and treatment," the letter reads.

"If you continue to violate the oath you took when you were a physician and persist in revealing privileged information (much of which appears fabricated) about Michael Jackson, the Estate will take all necessary and permissible legal action," the lawyer continues. The family also threatens Murray with a lawsuit which prevents him from releasing a memoir and stops his attempt to regain medical license.

Ariana Grande got to celebrate Thanksgiving with the loved ones while still working. Billed to perform at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, she was spotted being joined by her boyfriend Nathan Sykes during the November 28 festival.

The Nickelodeon star and the boybander were cuddling, smiling and whispering something in each other's ears while sitting on the back of a golf buggy. When Grande performed "Last Christmas", Sykes was reportedly hanging out with the actress/songstress' mother and brother while cheering her.

Though other celebrities like Austin Mahone, Kristin Chenoweth, Kellie Pickler, Jimmy Fallon and Miss America Nina Davuluri also showed up at the parade, like always the balloons were the major attraction during the annual event. This year, the balloons flew lower than normal due to strong winds.

The decision to fly the balloons at lower altidude led to a minor incident as Spider-Man balloon got speared by a tree in Central Park. Thus, throughout the rest of the parade the 78-foot-long balloon floated through the streets with a partially deflated left arm.

Meanwhile, a parade volunteer, Keri O'Connell, who carried Buzz Lightyear balloon got injured when a golf cart riding with the "Toy Story" character ran over her right foot at W. 75th St. and Central Park West. She was then rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

"We were having the most fantastic time. Everything was wonderful. All of a sudden I was on the ground in intense pain," the 39-year-old pre-K teacher recalled the incident. "I started screaming because no one was doing anything. I kept saying, 'Move the car! Get it off of me!' "
She waited for a while on the golf cart, sitting next to the the driver who ran her over, before the ambulance came. "He did not look at me. He did not speak to me. He did not ask me how I was. He did not apologize," she told the Daily News of the cart driver.

After getting a treatment at Roosevelt Hospital, she said, "I've definitely been better. They gave me strong meds at the hospital - I'm in a lot of pain." Doctors said she might have a hairline fracture in her foot and advised her to consult with a podiatrist.

Katy Perry and Arctic Monkeys Enlisted to Perform at BRIT Awards

The pop superstar and the British band have been confirmed to take the stage at the annual music event that will be held on February 19, 2014 at O2 Arena in London.

Katy Perry and Arctic Monkeys have been announced as the performers for the upcoming BRIT Awards. One of the biggest music events in the U.K., it is set to take place at London's O2 Arena on February 19, 2014.

It will mark Perry's first time to take the stage at the BRITs, even though the 29-year-old singer has received four BRIT nominations so far. "It's an honor to play at such a prestigious event where musicality shines at its brightest," she said of joining the line-up.

It will also be Arctic Monkey's first performance at the annual bash. The band, who has received 11 nominations and won four awards, has a bad history with the BRITs. Back in 2006, they refused to turn up at the event. A year later, they accepted an award via a video message, in which the members were dressing up as characters in "Wizard of Oz".

In 2008, the band attended the BRITs with its members dressed as country squires. They delivered a sarcastic acceptance speech.

"It took a lot of wining and dining on behalf of the BRITs but it was my absolute priority to get Arctic Monkeys to perform," BRITs chairman Christian Tattersfield admitted as cited by Independent. "It has been their year. It helps that the BRIT Awards is now seen as a credible event and is no longer the shambles it was four or five years ago."

The event will be hosted by James Corden, who has confirmed that he will end his hosting duties this year. "I'll miss not doing it after this one but fully intend to enjoy every second of BRITs 2014," he said.

Chezza filed the lawsuit against X Factor USA’s production company Blue Orbit in December last year after she was famously dropped from the Fox show just weeks after beginning her job. Chezza’s claiming she lost earnings of £1.25m plus other costs.

The Call My Name star’s original contract had a pay-or-play clause for two seasons, meaning that she would be compensated financially even if she was dropped from the show.

While she was paid for the first season, she asked to be compensated for the second as well as expenses for wardrobe, housing and living expenses.

Chezza, 30, asked for $2.3m (£1.4m) in her original lawsuit. But the case has now been settled out of court with Chezza receiving an undisclosed sum, BBC News reports.

Her spokesperson did not comment on details of the settlement but confirmed: "Cheryl's dispute with Blue Orbit has been resolved amicably."
